By saving your card, you authorise Test 7 Days to charge it after your appointment for the agreed service price, including any tip you choose to add.

You also authorise Test 7 Days to charge any applicable late cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with their published cancellation policy if you cancel after the free cancellation period or fail to attend your appointment.

Your card will not be charged at the time of booking for standard service appointments.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe on behalf of Test 7 Days under a UK card-on-file (off-session) payment mandate. Test 7 Days is the merchant of record for all services booked through this page. Velixa provides the booking platform only and is not responsible for the provision of services.

Charges will appear on your bank statement as "Test 7 Days".

You can update or remove your saved payment method at any time from your customer portal at /customer/cards.

If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact Test 7 Days directly so they can review and resolve the issue promptly.
