Yes. Velixa is built for UK appointment-based businesses and uses UK English, GBP pricing and the date and time conventions used by UK customers.
Customers can use the booking journey to reschedule or cancel where the business settings and the appointment status allow it. Any applicable cancellation policy is shown before confirmation.
Velixa automatically sends an email reminder around 24 hours before an eligible appointment when the customer has an email address. SMS reminders are optional and require merchant enablement, available credits and a customer mobile number.
Yes, where the business has made staff selection available for the service. Availability is checked against the selected staff member before the booking is confirmed.
Yes. Every Velixa booking requires the customer to provide or select a saved card and accept the card-on-file mandate before confirmation. The card is not charged upfront. It can later be charged for the outstanding appointment balance when the appointment is completed, or for an applicable late-cancellation or no-show fee.
