Yes. Connections are associated with individual staff members and inform their availability. Manage access through the account’s permissions.
Follow the iCloud setup instructions in Velixa using an app-specific password. Do not enter your main Apple account password into Velixa.
When a calendar is first connected, Velixa backfills all upcoming confirmed appointments into the external calendar so the staff member's view is complete from day one. Only future appointments are backfilled — past bookings are not written.
Synchronised busy periods are considered alongside Velixa bookings and staff schedules. The confirmation workflow checks availability before accepting an appointment.
Velixa updates the event in the connected calendar when a booking is rescheduled, and removes it when the booking is cancelled. The push happens automatically — the staff member's calendar stays accurate without any manual edits.
Check the connection status and any reported errors in your calendar settings. Follow the available reconnect or retry instructions; synchronisation depends on the connected provider.
No. Google and Microsoft connections use OAuth — you authorise Velixa through the provider's own consent screen and Velixa receives only a refresh token, which is encrypted at rest. Your account password is never seen or stored by Velixa.
