Common questions
Yes. Connect your business’s Stripe account through Velixa to use card payments. Stripe may require account verification before payments or payouts are available.
Use Velixa to issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method through Stripe. The refund appears in the payment record.
Once your account is connected, Velixa Finance → Payouts shows Stripe’s live payout schedule for your account, including its payout frequency and clearing delay. Each upcoming payout also has a Stripe-estimated arrival date for your bank. These settings can differ between connected accounts, so use the schedule and arrival date shown in Velixa rather than a generic day count.
Stripe checkout supports eligible cards and wallets, including Apple Pay and Google Pay where available for the customer’s device and payment setup.
