Clients can use their Velixa account to manage eligible appointments where the booking flow and the salon’s cancellation policy allow it.
You can configure supported booking-page branding, including your business name, logo and colours, in the merchant settings.
Velixa uses the services listed in its Privacy Policy for hosting and delivery. Some enabled services may process personal data outside the UK/EEA under appropriate UK GDPR safeguards. See the Privacy Policy for current subprocessor and transfer details.
For eligible standard online bookings, clients secure the appointment by saving a card through Stripe. No payment is taken when the card is saved or when the booking is made. If a configured late-cancellation or no-show policy applies, staff can attempt a later charge from the saved card, subject to the policy, a usable card and payment approval.
A merchant-scoped client record can include recorded appointments, services, team-entered notes and preferences. Payment information is shown only where applicable to the merchant’s configured workflow.
Where those options are configured, services can be assigned to eligible stylists and have per-stylist prices or durations. The booking flow shows the applicable option before confirmation.
