Clients use your Velixa booking page to choose an available service, eligible professional and time, then complete the configured booking flow. They create or sign in to a free Velixa account before making an appointment.
Configured email reminders can be scheduled ahead of eligible appointments. Optional SMS reminders are paid, and require merchant enablement, available funding, supported delivery and recipient eligibility.
Velixa provides a booking link and an embeddable widget for supported merchant websites. Available booking options and branding follow your configuration.
Stripe handles card details during supported checkout and card-saving flows. Velixa does not store or process card numbers on its own servers.
You can configure a notice period and fee for eligible services. When a policy applies, staff can attempt to collect the configured fee from a usable saved card, subject to payment approval.
Eligible team members can add and view team-entered notes, preferences and recorded appointment history according to their permissions.
