For eligible standard online bookings, clients secure the appointment by saving a card through Stripe. No payment is taken when the card is saved or when the booking is made. If a configured late-cancellation or no-show policy applies, staff can attempt a later charge from the saved card, subject to the policy, a usable card and payment approval.
A merchant-scoped client record can include recorded appointments, services, team-entered notes and preferences. Payment information is shown only where applicable to the merchant’s configured workflow.
Where those options are configured, services can be assigned to eligible stylists and have per-stylist prices or durations. The booking flow shows the applicable option before confirmation.
