Clients choose an available service, stylist and time on your booking page, then create or sign in to a free Velixa account. Every appointment is secured with a card saved via Stripe. No payment is taken at booking; settle on the appointment day using the saved card or cash.
Velixa supports automatic email reminders. Optional SMS uses prepaid credits and requires the reminder settings, customer mobile details and sufficient credits. Sending a message does not guarantee delivery.
Yes. Link to your Velixa booking page or embed the booking widget where your website supports it. The booking options remain connected to your services and availability.
Every appointment booking is secured with a card saved via Stripe. No payment is taken when the booking is made. On the day of the appointment, charge the card on file or record payment in cash. Stripe handles the card details; Velixa does not store card numbers on its own servers.
Set your cancellation notice period and fees. If a client cancels late or misses an appointment, manage the applicable charge from the booking record. A saved card does not guarantee that a later payment will succeed.
Team members can add and view notes, preferences and appointment history according to their access permissions.
